Ordering Online from Catalog
Please note that the total price in the shopping cart is for merchandise only and does not include setup fees, shipping, state required taxes, artwork and/or rush charges. Once we understand all your requirements, all applicable charges will be shown before processing of your order.
Order Acknowledgements
We will email or fax you acknowledgement of your order and art proofs prior to beginning production. This ensures that you are ordering the correct product, quantity, size, color, and imprint. This also allows you to see your imprint before production starts. If you have a specific deliver by date, please ensure that is noted correctly. You will be responsible for any changes made after confirmation of the order. All sales are final after artwork approval and start of production.
Art Requirements
For your logo to be imprinted, the artwork must be a vector file and saved as an .eps (Adobe Illustrator) file.
For some processes JPEG's are acceptable at a minimum of 600 dpi.
If you do not have the proper artwork, or can not format it correctly, our artists can redraw the artwork for a minimal cost. Please email your art to art@spartandirect.com with your company, name, and intended product and we will let you know what art charges there are, if any, and ensure your artwork is properly formatted.
Artwork Creation
If you don't have any artwork, please contact us with your idea and we will see if our artists can create it for you. We will advise you of any fees before producing the art.
Production Times
Manufacturing times depend on the product. However, some items can be produced on a short deadline. Please email us to see if the product you require has rush service. Please note that production times are after artwork approval. Please allow time to convert or create your artwork if it is not in the proper format.
Setup Charge
Most items have a setup charge depending on color combination and locations of the imprint. These charges will be noted on your order.
Running Charge
In general, item pricing includes the cost of a one color imprint in one location. If you need more colors or locations, or have a non-standard imprint method (ie debossing) there may be additional running charges. We are happy to answer any questions about your options.
